Localloop Launches the “Drive for 500″

Localloop has created a platform that accomplishes two things:

1) It’s is a place where quality small businesses can stand out in this challenging marketplace.

2) Consumers can search our listings and purchase with confidence. Our community is restoring consumer confidence to the marketplace through ‘performance-based ranking’ of businesses. Trust is back!

The Localloop concept is simple but powerful: create a performance standard that allows for consumers to easily connect with reliable, responsible small businesses that have been vetted by a 3rd-Party Certification process.

To get “in the loop,” a business must obtain an 80% or better Customer Satisfaction Rating based on twenty 3rd party customer reviews.

To learn about Localloop and The New Standard of Trust being created, visit http://localloop.com/drive where you can learn more about the benefits of Localloop, and sign-up for an upcoming workshop, led by Localloop Founder & CEO Jason Gaylord. The workshop is education-based and focuses on the shrinking marketplace.

Localloop.com is LIVE!

On January 1st, Localloop.com went live. Consumers can now search the directory for Localloop Certified businesses.

How Does the Localloop Search Directory Work?

Searches performed on Localloop are broken into two sections — the “What,” and the “Where.” The ‘what’ refers to what you are looking or. A plumber, a builder, a restaurant. The ‘where’ refers to the geographic location of the ‘what.’ Seattle, Seattle, WA, or 98103 would all be correct examples of the ‘where.’

“But why two separate boxes? Why not just one, like Google or Bing?”

That’s a fair question to be sure, and the answer is pretty straight forward. Localloop is a local business search directory, but ‘local’ is relative to either wherever the searcher is currently located or to where they want to find the service. It’s an integral part of the equation just as it is an integral part of our search boxes.

Unlike Google or Bing, our goal is not to return millions of searches, just the few that matter to our consumers looking for trusted businesses. The “what” tells us the type of business and the “where” tells us, wel… where.

So go ahead and give it a go! Go to localloop.com, and type in the what and where that interest you. Then review our listings of Localloop Certified businesses, ranked by their Customer Satisfaction Rating, which we have verified through an anonymous third-party process. Businesses can trust they have received fair ratings, and consumer can trust the ratings they are reviewing are legitimate.

That’s win-win. That’s Localloop!
