Connect with Third Party Certified Local Businesses

Localloop Certified is not a buy-in program for businesses that want to pay a fee to participate. To be “In the Loop,” Certification requires businesses to maintain an 80% or better Customer Satisfaction Rating based on a minimum of 20 third-party verified reviews.

In addition, ongoing performance reviews are required to maintain their placement. By surveying from a company's entire customer base, our ratings, good or bad, truly represent the satisfaction level of their customers.

Performance Based Search Placement

Other consumer directories, and online listings, are prioritized by paid placement. Meaning, the more a business pays the higher they rank or place in the directory. Not Localloop, businesses can’t pay to be “In the Loop,” or influence their Customer Satisfaction Ratings or listings placement.

Localloop is driven by performance. No other local directory or customer satisfaction program holds its members to such high standards.
